A parcel was signed for by a person i did not know and then it took me 2 weeks to find out where it was and all parcel was not there.
The parcel was sent to me by misstake so i forwarded the rest of the parcel to the correct person. I informed the company what was in the parcel when i sent but they decided to hold $3000 of mine and refused to send my order.
They eventually sent my parcel but kept $1000 to cover the missing items from parcel but they have not sorted it out and say the customer never received the parcel even though it has cost me and i tracked the parcel and they DID receive the said parcel
