I enrolled my son in an organization that you all sponsor. To join this organization each parent was charged 300.00. Then, I gave 40.00 and my husband gave 40.00 on the shoes the coach stated the team was going to get shoes, but they did not get the shoes. After weeks of waiting on the shoes, they finally said they were not going to do the shoes and they will be giving the money back. Like me, people who paid was looking for their refund. My son no longer play for this organization and I am still having problems getting my money back. To make matters worst they stopped communicating with some of the team players. Therefore, some of the boys have quit and some who wanted to play was out as well. One parent received her money because she had to go over the president of the organization head to get her money and she had her refund within a week. According to Coach Warren he states that refunds will be issued at the end of the season and he told me that. I have not heard from no one in this organization in over 1-2 months, but this coach states his staff told me that. If, they contacted me why didn't I know the season have not ended, yet. Then, I found out that by another parent that they just had a local tournament. If, you have spoken to someone, we would have known that the season was not over. I have asked about my money so much that they will not take my calls and will not call back. However, the president Antwonn Glover emailed me to tell me that he was told that I did not support my son or have anything to do with his summer basketball league, so the money would not go to me anyway. But, yet I was the one who put the case money in their had and they wrote the receipt out to me. The point is the 300.00 was paid, plus 40.00 I paid for shoes and the 40.00 my husband paid for shoes. Then, to say I did have anything to do with supporting him. I have my receipts where I attended the Mrytle Beach trip and I have witnesses, also I went to the tournament that was held at Aiken Technical College. We sat for more than an hour before the coach let the parents know that they forfeited the game because the other team did not show up. I have a witness for that as well. So, to me it seems like the coach do not know what is going on and he failed to find out who the parents are because I attended many and when I could not go someone was there. The point is they owe me a refund and it should not matter if I did not attend any event. I want my money and the sad thing is I know I am not entitled to all of the 300.00 because my son attending the games in the first half of the seasons. This organization is very unprofessional and money hunger and they are using the kids to keep getting money. I have been dealing with this since I paid my money. I will use the date above that is when the coach finally emailed me the season started around April. All, I want from Pro Vision and I will go away, but they fail to do that. I am filing this complaint because I find it hard that Walmart is sponsoring an organization like this.
