We were referred to Elzbieta who was said to have a great puppy for sale. The only way she would complete the transaction was through Moneygram. There were multiple red flags that clued us in to the possible scam. She would not talk on the phone because she said she was hearing impaired. She gave us a different address to send money to than the one I found one line. The different address was to a church in Yonkers, NY. When asked, she stated that her husband is a minister at that church. It was a Catholic church so that was a lie. Moneygram would not release the funds to her as they said that there has been fraudulent activity associated with her name. She promptly broke off communication when confronted with all this, and blocked my wife's email from the website that Elzbieta advertised from.
