Sending me letters through the mail requesting money, I've sent money to this church thinking it was a legitimate church

When this church started sending me letters requesting money I thought it was a legitimate church, if this church is NOT LEGITIMATE please let me know. I know I probably will not get back the money I've already sent to this church. If this is not a legitimate church, I want my name taken off their mailing list.
