Unexplained Bank Charge Though Nothing Was Purchased

I just checked my bank account and found that money has gone out to facebook.com F862422ll on www.fb.me/cc. I do not purchase anything on Facebook, so why am I being charged? I have contacted my bank and they are looking into it.
