$13 taken from my account every second day, $40 total

I want to know why I am getting charged $13.00 every second day by Facebook out of my account. The details are: 31 Aug '12, description FACEBOOK.com*TGM8422FE www.fb.me/cc.

I also want to know how Facebook got my account when I have never used my card there. I want my money back, $40.00. I have called the bank to make sure no further payments come out.
