Locked Out After FarmVille Password Change, Still Owed Money

I was playing FarmVille, and I got a notice to log in. I did, and they said my password was changed. I cannot get back on no matter what I do. I called my bank, and they said they would send a fraud report. Facebook returned $375.00. I cannot get on Facebook to let them know that they still owe me money.
