This company claims to replace any unit that is defective. However, my iunverter was defective three times it was replaced — this unit is an electrical hazard and makes sparking noises.
The customer service promised to send me a new unit but for the FOURTH time I recieved a defective and unrepaired unit. I think their idea was to expect me to just give up and walk away, instead of spending 30-40 dollars each time for shipping.
The customer service at AIMSSERVICE.net is horrible, ugly and almost a dare-if-you-do-anything-about-us attitude. I am attaching all info that I can and feel cheated not just once but ALL FOUR TIMES. Their promises are lies and their guarantees for replacement are fake. The entire time since November I have been abused and ill-treated simply because I needed this unit repaireed/replaced once and for all. That never happened and I shipped the unit back and forth all these months.
DO NOT RISK your home with these faulty units, and you wont ever get a replaible replacement if this is the manner in which this company deals with its complaints.
