Our agency purchased sveral Livewire GPS units from Brickhouse Security. They were pitched to us by the sales rep as being exactly what we needed. We have had numerous problems with the units not working as they should which has been a real liability to our business operations. The one unit will work fine for a day or so then stop working totally. We have attempted to return or exchange this unit several times and have been told GPS units are non refundable. We were willing to accept a replacement unit but that request was also denied because they claim the unit was working properly at the time we called.
All we want at this time is either our money refunded or a replacement unit that works ALL the time.
