HW100 just turned "2" years old and has been serviced 3x under warranty one time "out of warranty"
I believe this is a defective unit!
I bought it from Living Direct who refuses to do anything. I think if I had bought from Amazon (they didn't have it then but have it now) They would of replaced the unit b/c they believe in good customer service.
I did put a review on Amazon.
Anyway I want the unit refunded or replaced with a non defective unit. Now I have the E12 error code showing up and this is the 4th the unit has shown to be defective. I want a replacement. Or refund of the money I spent.
I could of gotten a regular washer for $250 from Sears!
Now I have to go do laundry at the Laundromat. Haier America / Living Direct does not stand behind their products. Just google HW100 and see how many complaints.
Its a defective design and should be recalled.
