I sent this company an email on 5/17 explaining to them the issues that I was having with one of their units.in the email, I stated that if I was not contacted back in a reasonable amount of time, I would retract all of the positive statements and recommendations that I've made. I am keeping my word.
I believe that two weeks is more than enough time to have been contacted back. I've also called... Numerous times and have left messages. The first unit that I posted here, I loved. But the second unit that I received and recently applied, was horrible. I'm definitely not going to stand by a company that sends out defective merchandise, and then on top of that, makes me feel as if I'm not valued as a customer.
The unit is balding because the tangling was so bad, as it was tangling at the roots. I had taken the unit to numerous cosmetoglists, and myself am licensed, and the matting was beyond repair.
