When I purchased the jack in June, 06 I was charged $20 for porting my phone number to the jack. They proceeded to bill me twice for the porting charge. I tried in vain to get it straightened out with their online chat people so I filed a complaint with my bank. They agreed that I was billed twice reversed one of the charges. Since, magicjack has frozen my jack refusing to renew my service. It expires on June 05 at which time I'll lose my phone service as well as my phone number. These people have no customer service skills and don't care how many people they screw. After many many chats and promises to restore my service and one year latter nothing hapen no service and my account still deactivate.
