When I purchased the jack in 06/06, I was charged $20 for porting my phone number to the jack. Phone # 718-7231125 They proceeded to bill me twice for the porting charge. I tried in vain to get it straightened out with their online chat people so I filed a complaint with my bank. They agreed that I was billed twice and reversed one of the charges. Since, magicjack has frozen my jack refusing to renew my service. It expires on 06/05 at which time I'll lose my phone service as well as my phone number A. These people have no customer service skills and don't care how many people they screw. After many many chats and promises to restore my service nothing happen still no phone service and my account deactivate for more than a year.
