Like one of your previous complainants I to bought a sample which was returned on Feb. 2nd. 2012 but before I made the return and without my knowledge they took out of my bank £70.67. They have repaid £17.35 as a good will gesture but it is now 173 days since the goods were returned. I have phoned 26 times and have been promised all sorts but no money has been returned.
In my opinion they are fraudsters.
