This rogue trader offered a free sample provided I pay the postage only. I paid on my credit credit about £11.00 for the free sample. Did not like it and returned it. The next thing was 2 massive charges on my credit card amounting to the sum above. When I phoned customer service I had "Ashley" not surname given to deal with that theft. She started negotiating before I even finished with my complaint. The so called "my options" were not options at all. She offered to cancel the account but could not give a reference number for that. She offered to give me a discount of 50% on goods I never oredered or received. She deliberately muddled the company address. Eventually she managed to give returns authorisation numbers for goods I have not received and she would only refund the last amount they charged. I dont trust that they would do that. I think my bank should get my money back for me instead of saying I signed an agreement which I did not.
