I, Rakesh Shahi, applied for a reliance broadband connection 2 years ago. Customer representive came and took cash of rs 500 from me. Then after 2 days he said that that there is no connection line in your area. Representative name was Dheeraj. I called him to return my money but he never picked up my phone. I complained about it to the reliance customer care and send them mails also many times but no action was taken from them. Connection was taken on the name of Jyoti Shahi.
