Re Order no. 403
We placed an order in May and received the dress in June, unfortunatley the dress did not fit and we didnt have time to alter the dress in time for the prom the dress was returned as the measurements were too big and photos were sent as per the terms and conditions a refund was promised if the dress was returned. The dress was returned via DHL and dresseshop confirmed receipt and promised a refund would be made on 31st August. Todate being November now we have not received a refund and dresseshop will not return any of my emails.
