I booked tickets via this online company from South Africa in January. It was to see Bruce Springsteen in Dublin on 17 July. We flew there and stayed at an expennsive hotel with the sole purpose of seeing Bruce. They started stalling re the deliver a few weeks before I left SA. They assured me the tickets would come to my hotel in Dublin. The call centre told me this was usual. The day before I left they said they would be unable to deliver to the hotel and that someone would meet me at the stadium on the day of the concert. I called the call centre and was told that ticket delivery at the stadium was not unusual for a big concert, well it is when you have been charged extra for a courier service!!! I was suspicious but hopeful that I might still get the tickets. On the day (after numerous phone calls) I was told in boken english that there would be no delivery and that i could ask for my money back. This was the link to use to get a refund ww. Euroteam.net/complaints. This does not seem to work. I am furious and dont know how to get my money back. The cost for us in South Africna Rands to get to Dublin, never mind the tickets, was astronimcal. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
