Booked tickets through Euroteam for Bruce Sprignsteen concert Dublin 17-07-12. Charged €380 fro 2 tickets plus €30 handling. Tickets were to be posted to home address. Then there were to be delivered to hotel in Dublin. Then were to be available on the day and left mobile number for contact. Rang Euroteam morning of 17th and eventually got through to be told no tickets and would be refunded. Were to get e mail to say how. No e mail had been received. I have sent e. Mail asking for refund no reply.
