I purchased tickets to the I Heart Radio Music Festival through their web page and paid for priority shipping
I was told the tickets would be mailed no later than 9/17 (the concert was 9/24)
The tickets did not arrive by the date we were leaving for Vegas (9/22). When I called the ticket brokers I was told the tickets had not yet been shipped (despite being told in July they would be mailed no later than 9/17)
The tickets ended up being overnighted to the hotel we were staying at and arrived the date of the concert.in addition, the hotel we stayed at charged a delivery fee for the package
I will never use this company again
