Ordered tickets 2 weeks prior, for the monster energy cup they said tickets would ship no later than the 16th oct. Received phone call on that day to say they could not deliver on time, would it be ok to pick them up at my hotel the day before the event at 5pm. Seemed ok to me although now i believe they were stalling, so i would have have less time to react when i found out that the tickets were not the seats or section i had bought.
I called and was given to the manager Rodger who told me they were 'upgraded' to the 'jackpot' section. They were on the opposite side of the stadium not in the best area for this race track. They offered to reduce the price. I had paid $130 per ticket and told them i wanted the tickets i paid for. After wading through 5 mins of his verbal bull about suppliers and upgrades and not having the tickets they advertise online, he said he would make some calls and beg steak or whatever to get me my tickets...
Lo and behold two hours before race time he calls me saying he had the exact tickets i purchased, at much inconvenience to me he met me at my hotel to trade tickets. This whole episode was ahuge hassel and i feel thy tried to "bait and switch " giving me little time to react probably hoping I would cave in and take the crap tickets they first gave me. Never again would i use this company, no offer of compensation was made and i am sure i'm not the first or last! I looked at some reviews for this company but they are professional reviews and are without doubt false
