I received a bottle of Colo-Klenz in the mail last friday. No paperwork or information was with it. I know i didnt order anything recently. I called my bank to dispute the charge and they canceled my card and i'm still waiting to get my money back! I also tried calling the number on the bottle and the phone call wouldnt even go through. I hope this gets figured out soon!
