I noticed a charge of $99.90 on my Visa card from DILLARD & YAGEN ENTERP and didn't recognize the details. I notified my credit card company and they immediately filed a dispute. Within a few days I received a package through the USPS from Wellness Partners, 2122 S. 950 e. Provo UT 84606 for a bottle of Colo-Klenz. No statement, no invoice, nothing but the bottle of Colo-Klenz of which I did not order.
