I received a bottle of colo-klenz in the mail 7/18 with no packing slip or anything except the bottle of pills in an envelope. I researched the return address, which is shown as Wellness Partners, 2722 S. 950 E., Provo, UT 84606-6163. I found Doctor Alliance Group, 2122 S 950 E, Provo, UT. Tel: 801-377-2474 and called them. The woman who answered the phone said they did not sent this package and they have been getting a lot of phone calls and did some research and she gave me this number to call, 678-224-5981. I called that number and waiting on hold for 17 minutes. When someone finally picked up they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up.
The bottom line is I did not order this... I think I was looking to order it and started to fill out an order form and backed out of it... They still captured my info (which means they also have my credit card number and will charge me for more of this product and keep sending it). I don't want it and I don't want anymore of it.
Can you help me... I need to know who these people are that are sending out Colo-Klenz.
