I just received a pkg in the mail from Wellness Partners 2122 S. 950 e. Provo, Utah 84606-6163.inside the pkg was a bottle of Colo-Klenz. No papers, just a bottle. I called the number on the bottle and it had been disconnected. I checked my account and got a charge of $99.90 from a company called - DILLARD & YAGEN ENTERP 213-280-6424 CA 006557 on July 6. I had ordered from HCGExtreme exactly one year ago, but cancelled that order. They would not refund my money after a trial period. Now I do not know what to do about this $99.90 charge for Colo-Klenz.
