Mr James Allen hired our company on October 20 to help him increase his scores. On April 30 we pulled Mr Allen's credit to review his results. Mr Allen increased a total of 100 points even though he did not do his part. Our clients are required to pay all bills on time and not get new derogatory information reported to their report. It is counter productive if we are attempting to remove negative items while the client is adding new negative items.
Mr James Allen will not hold himself accountable for his actions and is requesting a full refund. We clearly have everything in writing to show him that he is not eligible for a refund because he failed to do his part.
Mr James Allen is harassing us and demanding a full refund. He is making complaints every place that he can (BBB, RipOff, Attorney General, FTC) and has no valid point. Mr James Allen continues to post false information about our company online.
I am writing this to warn anybody and everybody that might consider associating themselves with Mr James Allen. Mr James Allen has threatened us, he has posted false information about us and is harrassing us. I have seen Mr Allen true character and Mr Allen is somebody that I would never associate myself with.
If I can describe Mr James Allen it would be no self accountability.
