Tayzie Financial has been working hard to locate James Allen Jordan. He would not respond to any calls or collection letters.
His references had little or no knowledge of his wereabouts but could confirm that they had seen him in a Nissan pickup. His landord claimed that he had illegaly sub-leased his apt to people collected rent from the tenant and never paid the land lord.
Tayzie Financial did a Google search for the name James Allen Jordan and found several reports for him. Tayzie contacted a name on the report that was also a reference by the name of Steve Klinowski. Mr Klinowski told Tayzie that he was also looking for James Jordan because he was telling people that he was his partner. Steve stated that they had worked together in the past but that James was not a licensed contractor and was not authorized to represent him for any work originated by James. Steve was also implicated in other wrong doing by James.
Steve offered to help Tayzie Financial locate James Jordan with the intention of clearing his name. Steve said that he had nothing to do with James Jordan's activities. Steve Klinowski contacted Tayzie Financial on March 18 and told us that a Bondsman was going to arrest James Jordan the next day. He told us he would help us reposess the vehicle.
According to Steve Klinowski, on March 19 James Jordan was arrested while in a bar in the San Mateo area. Tayzie financial was able to reposess the vehicle after 10 months of failure due to James Jordan avoiding Tayzie and concealing the vehicle.
