I too ordered the PIC Cook Top. Buy one get one free plus cookware free. I also ordered the grill. I recieved one PIC the grill and carry cases along with a letter stating the remainder of my order was on backorder. This has been weeks ago and I still have not recieved the remainder of my order and cannot get in touch with them for answers. I need the cookware in order to use the PIC which I did not know Until I tried to use it with an ordinary pan and it would not work. Is there anything I can do?
