I ordered the buy on get one free offer on TV. Only recieved half of order, with letter to apologize for the inconvenience that the rest was on backorder. Still have not recieved full order. Tried their customer service number, imposible to reach anyone. How can they still sell if product is on backorder? I want what I paid for!
