Beware 1OwnerCarGuy on Ebay and YouTube!!! After speaking with Nathan Wratislaw aka 1OwnerCarGuy.com dba Missoula Auto Auction aka Montana Muscle and Classics, I agreed to buy at a premium price what he told me was a "California Car" (Delivered and continual registered in CA) and it had a "clean autoCheck/CarFax.
He advertised the car on YouTube and also on ebay.
I sent him a $500 deposit by Paypal and two days later received the paperwork to sign. I had requested a copy of the clear California Title and a copy of the AutoCheck he references - but does not provide - in his listings.
When the copy of title and report were not forthcoming, I became suspicious and ordered my own. It seems this "California Car" was delivered originally in Florida, then owned in Kentucky and EVENTUALLY arrived in CA; The AutoCheck reported the car had been in a major crash in Kentucky - per The State Police.
I immediately called Mr. 1OwnerCarGuy and asked why he did not disclose this information, and asked for my deposit to be returned for misrepresentation (pronounced FRAUD). He refused. He just took the money - claiming I should have investigated the truthfulness of what HE said!!!
Do not buy from Mr. Nice Guy Before He Gets Your Money. Warn your friends.
