I won three auctions form this seller guaranteeing me that I would get a shipment of DVD's listed in the grid section of their auction, and free VHS tapes. The auction stated that each DVD title started at $2.00 a piece with Free VHS tapes included in as a bonus. When I received the package it was filled with half the amount of DVD titles listed in the ad. All the discs were cheap $1.00 dvds, and all the VHS tapes I received the seller told me were in VHS format. I reported them to eBay and Pay-Pal. EBay suspended this users account after seing the videos I placed at YouTube.com showing that this seller was in fact scamming me. I have asked for a refund from this seller several times and they insist I will not be getting one.in fact before eBay suspended them, they spammed my account with negative feedback.

EBay and Pay-Pal claim they are investigating the situation, but since the rip-off was larger than their protection guarantee, I might not be able to get all my money back. I have also asked eBay to remove the negative comments from my profile, since the person who left them is no longer a registered user.
If you take the time to watch the videos, you will see that what they did was definitely fraud. More information can be provided to anyone who would like to sue this company / person. I am not the only one who was ripped off by this seller, so I am sure it would be possible to find miore buyers this seller ripped off and turn this into a federal case.
