My adult daughter's cell was charged for a gossip magazine she did not order. After two follow up calls with the number on my phone bill, and requesting a supervisor, I was told I would have a refund in the mail within 7 - 14 days. They told me her cell # is now blocked from any companies they represent. This has happened twice.
