I have read other complaints about this company not returning the refund. I am upset about their remarks. I am sending in this complaint because I thought you were a credit counseling company. I do not want any products. My account was overdrawn even though the bank paid the $99.49. I just happened to be checking my account otherwise my complaint would be too late and past the 5 day limit to ask for my money back. Please apply the amount you took back into my account. I am too poor to accept your offer. When things get better I can think about you then. You can see from the statement the bank did pay. My bank is Citibank.
I am faxing all of the paper work you requested.
