We had to use a pay phone in Seatac airport after being delayed and losing our cell phone. After both of us looking and reading the rules & regs, we tried to submit cash in 2 different phones, both of which wouldn't take. We were forced to use the credit card and made the calls. Both together were less than 2 minutes-1 to the kennel & 1 to the pick up people. When we arrived home we got a call of concern from the credit card company of 4 charges of $34.08. When we called them, after much arguing they dropped 2 of the charges, but refused to reduce the other 2. On top of that they were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. We now have a $69 bill, which is more than our monthly home phone bill for 2 1 minute calls. This company has a horrible BBB rating and has had many complaints. Is it time for them to be shut down? Please consider these people for future transactions.
