On May 26. I paid Man Products $ 2056.28 for delivery & installation of a 10x12 steel building (check#1546 Suffolk federal credit union) on my receipt the date for delivery and installation is June 09 and I was informed that I would be called 3 times before delivery. The first was to be Tuesday 6/5 next Friday 6/8 with time of delivery on 6/9 and on 6/9 20 mins. Before the install. I was not called on any of the days as promised, I called on Saturday @about 1130am I was told the delivery was scheduled between 3&5pm, the company did not show as promised and did not call me to tell me they would not be here that day. On Monday 6/11, I called Man Products and complained. I was then informed (after a long wait) that delivery would be on 6/13 the first or second install of the day, I then called and found out Man Products had no delivery & install scheduled on 6/13 for me. At that time I was again reschudeled for Thursday 6/21. I called to check on delivery for 6/21 and was told they have no delivery date scheduled for me and would call me this afternoon with yet another delivery/install date making it a total of 4 dates. I find this to be unexceptable. On 6/20 I requested a full refund of $2056.28 they agreed but could not give me the date I will receive my refund. Later I was informed they will mail a check on Friday 6/22. I hope no further action is required. As of today 7/23 I have received no resolve of this situation. The BBB has been notified as of 6/20 BBB requested the company to answer them and as of this date BBB has not been contacted by Man Products. On 7/12 I sent a certified letter requesting a refund they received it on 7/14 I have not received any contact from the company. I had been offered discounted price to avoid refund, I have not heard from them, the last contact with this company was 7/02 by phone.
