I first called and told a Mr. Hickman that I would be sending a check with a certain number on a certain date. He proceeded to make an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank.
I didn't realize this and sent the check when I said I would. He then deposited the check, not once but twice, and both times it didn't clear. This was because I had gotten my statement, saw the check clear, and paid other bills.
The bank then told me what had happened, and I have not been able to get any satisfaction from anyone I have talked to there. I have been through 16 different people with no results. They have now called my wife at her work, which they were told never to do.
The last payment I sent to them they sent back, saying they could only accept money orders or certified checks. This is all because they made an illegal withdrawal from my bank. I'm getting very tired of the harassment. Suggestions, please.
The check that cleared was the unauthorized withdrawal.
