4 local calls were made from a public telephone in Boise, ID. Each lasting a minute or less than two minutes each. The public phone had a coin box with "50cents per local call" on it. However, it would not accept coins, kept dumping them out. My daughter was told a credit card was necessary, so she gave our Mastercard number to make the 4 local calls. The first two calls were billed at 27.60 each and the next two at 24.43 each.
