A dark haired, fair skinned boy knocked on my door one rainy day. He spoke very quickly and persistently. Before I realized it, he was adding up the amount of money that I owed him for something that I liked out of a line up of books and magazines. I wrote him the check and he left me with two receipts. The receipts stated information for cancellation. After speaking with my husband, we decided I did not need to spend that money after all. I filled out one of the receipts as directed and it was mailed out the next day. Money never came out of my account for it, so I forgot about it for a while. Almost a month later, my check was cashed. I visited their website where my receipt number did not work to bring up my account. It said my account was lost/temporarily unavailable. Not only is the website not working, their email also does not exist. The most I've been able to do is contact my bank in hopes of their sympathy. I am a college student and cannot afford for $67 to come out of my account spontaneously. Do not fall for these boys "competing" to "go to Italy"!
