Ackerman sales pitch sales that the contract with them is only for one year. But the actual contract includes the following term:
Item B. The initial term of the agreement shall be for a period of 1 years. After the expiration of the initial term, the agreement shall automatically renew for additional terms (of one (1) year each), unless cancelled by written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to expiration date of the then-current term.

Please do not be deceived by the sales pitch. Effectively, you will be signing a contract that lasts one year in perpetuity.
