My wife was sold a unit cleaning system. She using medication for anxiety, that leads her to purchase thing when she is stressed out). She didn't want to tell me until, she got the payment book. When she got it she told me and immediately, I asked her if she wanted or needed it. She said no. I called the company and spoke to the secretary. She said that we only had a "cooling "period of 3 days to cancel.in the meantime, the sales person took advantage of my wife. He told her that he would call the finance company (which he did from his phone), to set things up in case she decided to take the unit. What he did was have her speak to a rep, to put in an application for a loan. I called to speak to the owner and they keep telling me she is away. This is creating stress and tension in our lives and unwanted loan expense that we cannot afford right now. We do not need this type of unit nor do we want it. Please avoid doing business with these people because all they want is your money. Customer service and desire to improve your life is nule. If they would care, they would take back our unit in good will and good faith. You decide what is right... Peter Silk
