American Residential Service () Lying Scumbags

Call ARS because my a/c was not cooling. It would work sometime and after turning it off for a while it would work again for maybe twenty to thirty minutes.
When the serviceman arrived at my door; the first thing he said was "How old is your system?" I told him about 9 years old. His response was "you need a new system" I told him maybe you should look at the unit deciding that the unit isn't any good.
After looking at my system and after I told him in no uncertain terms that I was not going to pay over $10K for a new system. He give me and estimate for a new fan motor and a dual cap for $775.
After the repairs, my system work for approximately one hour before calling him back. He then put some freon in the unit and left. It was cooling okay then.
Because of his nasty demeanor, I thought to my self to go look at the work he said he performed. What I discovered was that he changed the dual run cap but the fan motor that he charged $400.00 for was never replaced.
I called the national headquarters and spoke with a lady in customer service and explain to her my situation. And I also wanted to know why he overcharge for the parts he was supposed to install. (I found out later you can get a dual run cap for less than $50 and a fan motor for about $125).
Needless to say, I never heard from Customer Service again despite numerous phone calls and emails.
