I Bought a LG unit from pc richards it stopped working I called the service dept and was told that someone would come and repair it. Someone came to my home spend 2mins turinng a screw and was told it would be working within 24 hrs it did not I called the store again and again was told that a pc richards repair man would now come out and fix the unit he came and did the same thing still not working i called the store again and was told that someone would come out again and repair the unit and if they could not repair it after the 3rd time they would replace the unit The repair man came out again and did the same thing not working I called the office and told them it is still not working they now want someone to come back for the 4th time and turn the same screw. No one ever spent more then 5 mins in my home I am not getting help with the problem and they do not want to exchange the unit that they said they would ths unit cost 3500.00 and I dont know why I am not getting the exchange i was told I would get or see why I have to go with getting ice from A unit that I got from the store I have been A good P. CRichards customer for over 20 years and have never been spoken with so much disrespect in my life. The service repair man was rude and asked my wife if she dumped out the tray before he got there. Can someone help me
