Ordered my wife the Dark Shadows boxed set from tvruby. Seemed to take a long time to leave the initial postal area to get to leave Canada, that got my alarm bells ringing. Now 4 weeks and still nothing... Emailed them, so much for the 1 hour reply... Still waiting...
