My 82 year old mother ordered Dark Shadows collection from tvRuby. The DVD's were defective. We asked for a replacement which they claimed were on the way in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed them right away. I am extremely irritated that a company would treat a senior citizen this way. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau about them. I have all the emails and the original packaging and I will take this further. Don't but DVD's from tvRuby. Four months after the original order and we are still waiting to hear from them
