I ordered a dark shadows dvd box set from tvruby, there are 29 of 105 discs that will not play in any of the 3 dvd players i own, i have contacted tvruby and was told by their costomer service manager that it would be taken care of. I haven't heard from them since 9-12. I just want to watch the box set and don't think it's asking to much to expect what i bought in good faith to work properly.
