Hi user name jayres, i can not log in to my account i know the user name and password are correct and then i ask for assistance and enter the email i registered with and it tell's me the email is not registered to any user name. Odd because when i submit a ticket that email confirmation goes directly to the email i just entered to retrieve my user name and passweid. I have sent many tickets also about being bank verified and sent all my details 3 times now over the past 3 months not one ticket replied to. Whats going on??? Help
