I have had a very disappointing experience at astromart.com. I have been a good standing member with astromart.com for nearly 9 months using the same email address. I did change my password a few times throughout this period but my email address has stayed the same. I tried to login just recently and could not as I kept getting a message 'Your username and/or password are invalid'. I double checked and even triple checked my password but it was correct so I decided to use the "Forgot your password" feature. I put in my email address so that I can retrieve my user information but it would not send any information to my email address. I tried this several times with no luck. I finally decided to email astromart.com directly regarding this issue. The email I used was [email protected]. I believe the owner of the site is Herb York.
I was very kind and asked him what had happened to my account.
