World Groups refuses to give me or reset my password. Waiting 4 days now. Unknown why my password is not working - they apparently refuse to replace it.
I have tried several times to get a password, but they will not respond. I have at least two "repair tickets" JMG861L34JOBARL450H7 FOR MY msn address. JMG861L34JOBARL452D6 for my Verizon email. I have entered "World Groups" in my email (s) so that any reply would not be rejected as Junk Mail.
I signed in as a new user, with a new password so that I could see if my sites are still functioning. They are, but I cannot gain access! Furthermore, now they have done the same thing to the second user!
I cannot gain access by my new user name and password and they will not replace that one either. They are however, charging me $19.95 a month for both user name/passwords.
I pay a monthly fee and I cannot cancel it! I am getting ripped off!!!
