Ripoff, takes payment, has no way of getting into the members page once paid

With lots of hype, and promises, you are told about all the benefits you can recieve as a member of this organization. The only way to become a member is to pay first. Once I paid, they sent me a 'user name' and a 'password'. However, when going back to the site to use the user name and password, there is no page to allow you to log into. You will be told you have entered the wrong user name and password, but are never allowed to actually enter one. The members page seems to be non existant.

The company has no phone number, and the only response to e-mails, is an automated form letter that has nothing to do with the problem, or even addresses what what written to them.
