On 12 Jul I have opened a new account:
STP User name: juzkhyuxkakyui
After an hour I have deposited US$ 2240 via post office to my new account.
When I tried to enter to my account again and report US$2240 as pending, I realized I cannot get into my account anymore.
I've attempted (unsuccessfully) to log in to my account 6 times and the system says that my account will be made inactive if I try again.
Then I tried to get Username Reminder and New Temporary Password, and got the following message:
There are no accounts registered with the email address you have specified.
I have setup in STP System Tickets # 280302 on 07/12 and 284907 on 07/16 with this problem and never got any answer...
I have also sent them a copy of my US$2240 deposit to the this STP account.
I hope this is a technical problem and my STP account hasn't been hacked.
Anyway it seems that Solid Trust Pay's support is just a joke!!!
